Gel Mix 480 gives athletes more access to training and racing with Hydrogel Technology. A flask-driven fueling system for athletes exercising with intent - the duration and distance of a long session or race, the frequency of a sustained training block. Because consistency matters, Gel Mix 480 offers an additional hydrogel fueling format to ensure that more sessions and races are fueled fully. The texture is thicker than Drink Mix and looser than the Gel. Each sachet contains 120 grams of carbohydrates when dissolved in 200 ml of water.
