1. What’s your favourite thing about your sport?

I love the mental challenge of triathlon and have massive admiration for all athletes in the sport, no matter their level. It takes an enormous amount of commitment and dedication just to reach the start line. Whether you're racing in a local event like the Bendigo Triathlon or taking on something bigger, every competitor shows incredible grit, which is something I deeply respect and admire.

2. What is your favourite Training House product and how has it impacted your performance?

By far, triple magnesium has become a staple in my nighttime routine. It's been a game changer for better recovery and has significantly improved my sleep as well.

3. Can you share a key piece of advice for fellow endurance athletes?

Just enjoy the process. Some days, it will feel like you're going backwards, and you'll want to quit, but it’s right before things get good that you're tested the most. You’ll feel like giving up, but just keep going—one step at a time. Patience is key in endurance sports, as I’ve learned. It’s all about playing the long game.

 4. What’s been your favourite memory throughout your whole career?

Probably completing my first 100 km ultra was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. The tremendous ups and downs, and the rollercoaster of emotions, were intense but unforgettable. It’s something that translates a lot into my everyday life—pushing through challenges and embracing the journey.
